RyTRAK CM

RyTRAK Connection Monitoring (CM) is a customizable solution that monitors the flow of information through connections to ensure business data is delivered to the right location, at the right time. RyTRAK CM monitors the life of a transaction, from its point of origin to its final destination and each network connection in-between, and automatically distributes real-time alerts pinpointing issues when they occur.

More than just a connection failure identification system, RyTRAK CM also proactively monitors for expected transactions, improving management and process performance. Although application interfaces display a status of ‘connected’ with external applications and systems, they lack the capability to recognize when no information is flowing through the open connections (which may be due to an application problem). RyTRAK CM proactively monitors to ensure specific transactions flow through the interface within specific periods of time.
