Baystate’s OB/GYN Group, Inc. physicians now receive lab reports in real-time from Baystate Health System’s Reference Lab, which has significantly improved patient satisfaction, as well as patient care.

With quicker access to lab results, physicians have the capability to adjust patient medications, improving patient care. Physicians can also view real-time lab results at multiple offices, through their EMR tablets, instead of waiting until they are back in the office where the faxed result sits and waits.
