Inova Health System Selects RyTRAK CR to Increase Revenue and Improve Revenue Process Management
Irvine, CA, August 25, 2005 – Accenx Technologies, Inc., a leader in business activity monitoring and integration solutions, today announced that Inova Health System is deploying RyTRAK CR, the charge reconciliation RyTRAK business application, under a proof of concept agreement, to monitor and reconcile interdepartmental revenue cycle processes across disparate systems. Inova Health System will use RyTRAK CR to improve management of process performance and match orders to charges to ensure accurate charge capture for maximized revenue.
“RyTRAK CR takes data from a very technical realm and translates it into a readable format, cutting the time and effort required on our part to assess process performance and gives us information we can use to improve management in all departments and ensure that we’re not losing money somewhere,” claims Maggie Cornett, Director of IT Application, Inova Health System.
RyTRAK CR meets compliance needs for the Inova Health System by following all transactions and presenting order and charge status for review at any time to confirm the billing system received a charge for all orders. RyTRAK CR’s complete real-time visibility of revenue process performance equips Inova with the information they need to respond and resolve issues quickly and more effectively to improve the efficiency of revenue cycle processes.
“Every year hospitals unnecessarily leave millions on the floor. With RyTRAK CR healthcare organizations have a solution that identifies charge issues when they occur, while there is still the opportunity to fix them, maximizing revenue and improving performance management,” explains David Cheng, President and CEO, Accenx Technologies, Inc.
