HealthSmart Pacific, Inc. Purchases RyTRAK to Improve Business Processes and Customer Satisfaction
Irvine, CA, October 1, 2004 – Accenx Technologies, Inc., a leader in integration solutions announced today that HealthSmart Pacific, Inc., a diversified healthcare provider management company, with multiple divisions throughout California, purchased RyTRAK 2.1 to enhance business processes and maximize efficiency.
HealthSmart Pacific, Inc. is in the business of improving healthcare and manages all aspects of the personnel side of various healthcare businesses. In Long Beach, CA HealthSmart is providing 3 rd party accounts receivable and management services for the Physician Office Dispensing Program for 80 plus physician offices affiliated with the Pacific Hospital of Long Beach.
Experiencing double and triple data entry processes, due to the limitation of paper information exchange, HealthSmart needed a way to connect remote offices and establish an electronic process for information exchange that was cost effective and simple to implement. HealthSmart selected Accenx's unique solution of ‘service plus architecture' with RyTRAK 2.1, a business process monitoring software, after a long effort to find a solution.
