"MidMichigan Health has utilized Accenx’s software and services for the past five years.  RyTRAK Connection Monitoring is currently placed for 29 critical eGate interfaces.  The alerts and monitoring allow us to provide better support for interfaces between multiple clinical systems.  For several years, MidMichigan has utilized Accenx’s technical expertise for eGate training and interface development.  Most recently, we signed an agreement with Accenx to implement RyTRAK HIE at one of our affiliates.  This will allow us to send lab results and transcribed reports to physician offices in a timely manner.  We selected RyTRAK HIE because of their unique implementation services whereby they work directly with the physician offices."
