Charlie Birmingham is Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Accenx Technologies.  He is responsible for directing the company’s operations to support business and financial goals.    

Birmingham brings over 25 years of senior management experience in service oriented health care businesses and numerous healthcare organizations across the country.  Prior to Accenx, Charlie played a leadership role in building a Medicare Advantage health plan for chronically ill seniors in six states from just over $10 million to $1 billion in revenue annually in just 12 months.  In addition, Charlie ran the national Medicare special needs plans for low income seniors at Secure Horizons, a division of PacifiCare Health Systems.  Charlie is recognized nationally as an expert in the integration of Medicare and Medicaid services for seniors.   Birmingham holds a bachelor's degree in psychology from St. Joseph’s College and an MBA from Vanderbilt University.
